So it’s basically been a month since the last Boomerang update. And actually that was intentional this time. Problem was I forgot to make note of it in the blog. In half sleep stupor of updating the last Boomerang comic strip, I was mulling over whether or not to acknowledge the last strip to be Boomerang’s last strip. Well I guess I forgot to mention that Boomerang is going on an extended hiatus.

Now the reason I’m not slamming the door shut anymore than I had 3 weeks ago, is because I still have sentimental bond with the character and I’m sure some ideas will strike me that warrant the occasional comic strip. So this is it for now. Check back though, cuz you never know.

So after the long break, due mostly to technical difficulties, Boomerang returns!

Good ole’ Madden. I haven’t really bought the game for the past…five years (wow!)–grant it I bought a used ‘07 but hated it so much I returned it. But this year I will return to waters of simulated pro- football.

I enjoy the occasional dark humor comic strip. I would write another clever dark joke about now, but I’ve learned long ago, through instant messaging (remember AOL), that sarcasm is easily lost in texting.

FYI, I know it was Sanford and Lamont, but most people think Sanford and Son…I should really just avoid referencing 30+ year old shows.
